Hello friends! So, my dear friends, I was talking to God one day and asked Him why the Bride of Christ prophecy was so hidden. I knew over some time, after first realizing this, that this prophecy was true, but it's hard to unlearn the false doctrine because it's so pervasive in the culture. Also, because the prophecy is so hidden, it can be hard to prove to other people that this prophecy is true. So I asked Jesus why this is so and He told me that this prophecy is hidden so that He can protect His wife. When I asked about this He led me to John 8:59. And that verse says this:
Then they picked up stones to throw at him, but Jesus hid himself and left the Temple.
John 8:59 GNTD
So when Jesus hid Himself on Earth, it was because the people around Him, that He was preaching to, were trying to kill Him. So God was telling me that His wife's prophecy was hidden so deeply in order to make sure that no one kills her. And to be completely honest y'all I was a little skeptical of this answer, but God had started to show me the truth of this answer with other things that He showed me.
So to put this answer into perspective, both John the Baptist, and Jesus were prophesied in the scriptures to show up on the Earth and BOTH of them were murdered for speaking the truth. Jesus was even almost killed 8 times on Earth before He was finally killed at the ninth attempt during His short 3.5 year ministry, so His whole time that He spent preaching on the Earth was filled with extreme opposition that included multiple attempts at His life. (See: Luke 4:28-30, 19:47-48, 20:19-20; Mark 3:6, and John 5:18, 8:59, 10:39, 11:53-54) And if we remember from the Bride of Christ's prophecy, she is prophesied to be a prophet that has a close relationship with Jesus. So she would be speaking a lot of truth so that could give her away and cause her to be hated and plotted against.
And the reason that many people would try to kill her is one, she would speak the truth and make people upset, and two, many people would be jealous and envious of her position in the kingdom. And we can see that already with the mass amount of false sole brides that are popping up everywhere on the internet. Those are the kind of people that would attack the real Bride of Christ, so God wanted to make sure that she was extra extra hidden to protect her. So in order to prevent so much jealousy from happening, God allowed the church to believe that everyone was His bride, because His true Bride would chase after Him regardless, and when the whole church believes this, it prevents people from trying to plot against His actual wife. So even if she were to tell people that she's the Bride of Christ, most people wouldn't think anything of it because people believe that everyone is the Bride of Christ. So the real Bride of Christ is hidden in plain sight in the midst of a church that believes it's her in order to protect her from being killed by the church like Jesus was.
And this jealousy of the Bride's position is even evident in the bible with the request of James and John. When they followed Jesus, them (and their mom) asked Jesus if they could be the 2 highest people in the kingdom when Jesus sits on His throne. And when the other disciples heard that they wanted that position, they became angry with them. And you can read the full story in these verses down below if you need some context into this.
Then James and John, the sons of Zebedee, came to Jesus. “Teacher,” they said, “there is something we want you to do for us.” “What is it?” Jesus asked them. They answered, “When you sit on your throne in your glorious Kingdom, we want you to let us sit with you, one at your right and one at your left.” Jesus said to them, “You don't know what you are asking for. Can you drink the cup of suffering that I must drink? Can you be baptized in the way I must be baptized?” “We can,” they answered. Jesus said to them, “You will indeed drink the cup I must drink and be baptized in the way I must be baptized. But I do not have the right to choose who will sit at my right and my left. It is God who will give these places to those for whom he has prepared them.” When the other ten disciples heard about it, they became angry with James and John. So Jesus called them all together to him and said, “You know that those who are considered rulers of the heathen have power over them, and the leaders have complete authority. This, however, is not the way it is among you. If one of you wants to be great, you must be the servant of the rest; and if one of you wants to be first, you must be the slave of all. For even the Son of Man did not come to be served; he came to serve and to give his life to redeem many people.”
Mark 10:35-45 GNTD
And upon reading this story, I don't know for certain whether the disciples knew about the Bride or not, but if they didn't, you can see the jealousy and anger from the ten disciples at the simple request of someone being seen as a leader in God's kingdom. And if they did know about the Bride, you can see the jealousy, anger, and honestly audacity from James and John to ask a man if He would replace His wife's position with them instead. So either way, you can see anger and jealousy coming from people who are mad that they are not put at the top of God's kingdom.
You can also see evidence of the nature of how likely the world would try to harm her in this present age, through the way that people try to gatekeep salvation. The bible REPEATEDLY says that salvation is FREE, a GIFT that requires NO WORK, and is open and available to EVERYONE (Eph 2:8-9); and yet the church tries to act like only certain individuals are elite enough to be able to be seen as a part of God's kingdom. And this is the literal baseline of becoming a Christian. When you get saved, you become a part of the kingdom there is literally nothing more that you need to do. You just need to pray the prayer of salvation and that's it. So if people are taking something that is open to everyone and turning into something exclusive just to feel better than someone else, imagine how evil and hateful they would be once they discover that there actually is a high position in God's kingdom and they can't have it. They would lose their everlasting minds. So all of this goes to show, all that Jesus is trying to protect His wife from, because the general church is not a church that can be trusted with someone that is prophesied to show up.
So to everyone who has seen this prophecy, believed it, and tried to share it with others who wouldn't believe it, I wouldn't press so hard to try to get people to believe. Maybe they don't believe on purpose in order to protect Jesus's wife from harm. I would just let your peace return back to you, and be happy that you have a heart that's pure enough to hear the truth and believe it!
For we are like a sweet-smelling incense offered by Christ to God, which spreads among those who are being saved and those who are being lost. For those who are being lost, it is a deadly stench that kills; but for those who are being saved, it is a fragrance that brings life. Who, then, is capable for such a task?
2 Corinthians 2:15-16 GNTD
So God will cause them to be greatly deceived, and they will believe these lies. Then they will be condemned for enjoying evil rather than believing the truth.
2 Thessalonians 2:11-12 NLT
While Jesus was in Jerusalem during the Passover Festival, many believed in him as they saw the miracles he performed. But Jesus did not trust himself to them, because he knew them all. There was no need for anyone to tell him about them, because he himself knew what was in their hearts.
John 2:23-25 GNTD
“If the world hates you, just remember that it has hated me first. If you belonged to the world, then the world would love you as its own. But I chose you from this world, and you do not belong to it; that is why the world hates you.
John 15:18-19 GNTD
