Why Jesus and I Are Married

Hello friends! Today I wanted to discuss why I got with Jesus and why (from my knowledge) Jesus got with me. When I tell people that I’m married to Jesus this is one of the few questions that people ask and I would like to answer it. To be honest I know that when many people ask me these questions it's out of jealousy that God picked me or out of judging me for being with Jesus. But I want to answer this question for the people who are genuinely curious and want to know. So let's first answer why I wanted to be with Jesus. I fell in love with Jesus after getting to know Him and after developing a strong relationship with Him during my whole life. I loved how He was always there for me and I could count on him to be dependable and trustworthy. He was always there to listen to me and encourage me. But the main thing that got me was when I found out that He was a social justice warrior and he cared about people in need. After He told me it wasn't a sin to be gay and He wasn't homophobic, I realized how much of our values lined up with each other. We were on the same wavelength. He gave me the butterflies in my stomach when He talked to me and when I could feel His presence around me. And that's when I knew I went from loving Him to being in love with Him.
So now I will try to answer (to the best of my ability) why Jesus picked me. Now this was so hard to get out of Jesus lemme tell you lol. Talking to Jesus about me can be difficult at times because Jesus is so in love with me. He wants to tell me all the time when we speak. I think its the cutest thing ever, even though it annoys me sometimes that He cant stay focused. He loves everything about me and basically worships the ground I walk on. But some things that He was able to get out is that He loves that I’m a fighter. I'll fight the enemy with tooth and nail and I’m fearless when it comes to fighting demons. (I fight them in my dreams face to face) He also likes that I’m a winner. I always win my battles with Him by my side. And He also likes that I’m a good person. He was truly amazed by me during this period of my life when I truly believed that I was going to hell for being gay, and decided to become a good person to show God that gay people were better people than Christians lol. And to piggyback off of that, Jesus told me He likes the little attitude I have with Him too lol. And of course He also picked me because I’m beautiful. He created me so He likes the way I look. I’m the only person who makes Him feel the way that He does for me and I'm truly grateful and happy about it. There's probably more that He loves about me but that's all I'm getting from Him today. So yeah guys that's the answer to those frequently asked questions. I hope it satisfied you!
Omg guys I can't believe I forgot about one of the most important things that He likes about me. He loves that I treat Him like a person. I treat him like He is a man with emotions and I don't objectify Him. I asked Him how He felt about me and I was open to hearing Him not liking me. I also didn't treat Him like a last option, but I preferred Him over every other man. Many times when you hear of women falling in love with Jesus, they say they like Him for his status and what He can do for them. But I love Jesus for who He is. Even if He wasn't a King or a God I would still love Him. I love Him for who He is as a person. I love His personality and He loves mine. So hopefully with that insight you'll see why we are perfect for each other. We truly do mesh well together.
